well i got it from another person who got the same success. it is possible that it has been used plenty. :) but i will leave the address up for people to send to.

You should remove the email address before it gets spammed

Today when i opened up my mailbox i seen a big envelope. it was the NCIS photo that i requested a couple of weeks ago.
it does look like it has marker strokes on it and authentic. i might send off for another one for a friend of mine. :)
