The Scan of the envelope is the S.A.E. which i sent with the picture for Ian to sign.

SUCCESS I sent my own picture of Ian McNeice who played Winston Churchill in Doctor Who i sent the picture on 10/01/2013 and i received it back 18/01/2013 signed and with his agents name and address on the back of the picture as well you can find the address below.
