My friend Jenn, a very talented artist, draws pictures of her favorite celebrities. For her birthday, I decided to try to get Mr. Garcia to sign one of her pictures. I sent my request on October 17, 2012, and received the picture back on November 16, 2012 (less than one month!).

I used the address on his page:
