I got him to sign two photos for a total of $3. He is a great guy. I think he accepts any donation just as long as you put "Donation Enclosed" on the envelope, but don't hold me to that.

I'm glad you like the collage. I create my own photos that I send out; so, you can't find them online. I wrote Mr. Butkus detailing a little about myself, what I like about him, how I knew who he was and why I was contacting him. I also included a note about including $10 for his time to go towards any foundation he chooses. Additionally, I wrote "DONATION ENCLOSED" on the envelope. From research, Mr. Butkus doesn't sign without a donation - These can range from $5 on up. Hope this helps and good luck with your successes.
