I Still don't understand. You can't send something international with stamps? Over here I put two 2nd class stamps on a letter and it can travel worldwide.

Sent a letter to Her Majesty The Queen and recieved pack a Diamond Jubilee brochure. Was suprised when I recieved this back because I had accidently put on Australian stamps and thought it would just get lost. Guess any stamps work when it's to the palace.

Address Used:
Her Majesty The Queen
Buckingham Palace
