Re: Stan Musial RTS

Anyone that gets a signed Stan Musial is pure luck: Someone said that if Stan gets the mail, he'll sign, but if his people get it, they'll send it back unsigned.
His people charge over $100 for his auto.
The inconsistancy of signing/not signing has been going on for a couple of years now, since before his wife died.
Writing Stanley Frank Musial will NOT ensure a success.
Heartfelt letters and being young doesn't work. What works:if Stan gets the mail, he'll sign, but if his people get it, they'll send it back unsigned.
His postcards are authentic.
THERE IS NO CONSISTANCY. People have sent money and have gotten unsigned stuff back, and people have sent no money and gotten his signature.

How is this a failure??? It was returned because you didn't have enough postage on it, and they refused to pay for the postage that wasn't on. Can't say I blame them. Though getting Stan TTM is very hit and miss, especially since his wife pssed away earlier this year. Good luck getting your item signed for free.

Could you post a picture?

They look different, so notautopen an they match almost perfectly with his paid ttms, so I would say yes. If you write "Stanley Frank Musial" on the envelope instead of just "Stan Musial", you get a better chance at a response. The two times I did that I got my index card and a postcard signed for NO FEE! But when I addresses it "Stan Musial" I just got an unsigned postcard. If you want a picture, feel free to ask!

Are the postcards he sends out authentic?

I just got his free signed postcard for no fee on Tuesday. So he didn't just stop.

On September 20, 2012 I sent a letter, SASE, picture, and sharpie to Stan Musial.

Today, I received an RTS with "refused, returned for postage". Could have sworn I weighed this...
