You dont have to pay to register to the website, but you need your card details on there when you purchase something. also, I noticed you live in France, it might be an idea to email the website first before purchasing anything to see if they actually ship to your country (I'm unsure whether or not they do, hence why I suggested it).

hello, i saw your post and and thought i would help, you go on play.com and have a look for the cd, it will say in bracketts if it is signed. you buy the cd and its ALREADY signed. The website sells the cds already signed :)
