Yes the Helpdesk are very Helpfull (no pun intended)

Hollyoaks have apparently limited there castcards to 1 card per person.

a friend wrote and they only asked for five HO castcards and they got 3 castcards so they wrote again asking for the 2 cards they didnt get and the reply they got was "No you already had 3 last month" i was quite shocked when they told me that.

The EE helpdesk got my Birthday card signed and they returned it signed the day before my birthday so they are super great for fans.
The EE helpdesk are always great with me always answering my questions and i get 5-10 castcards Mostly which is good once i recieved 43 unisgned castcards from them!

Last Wednesday 3rd October i sent a Letter asking for some Unsigned castcards to the EE helpdesk.

Sent: Wednesday 4th October
What: LOR and SASE
recieved: 10th October
what: 10 unsigned castcards, a EE compliments slip and address info for former EE cast in a official BBC envelope (my SASE was returned to me)
time took: 6 days
address used: EastEnders Helpdesk C/O EastEnders BBC Elstree centre Clarendon road Borehamwood herts WD6 IJF
