My second success today, I sent an LOR, SASE and an 8x6 photo to the UK address in the database on 3/9/12 (3 week wait), and today I received my photo signed and personalized. Richard also included a small signed Merlin photo :D
I will be sending the One Foot In The Grave photo to Annette Crosbie very soon.
