@cfern1995- I didn't mean to make you feel bad with that post. :) I just wanted to see if maybe that was the reason for RTS.

Send to the Melrose address, hopefully that works! :)

Yeah I just realized that and feel like an idiot. :oops: But I saw some people get an RTS using the right address so I guess I'm just going to send to the Melrose address. I still want to know why someone wrote DASH and then crossed it out.

Do you think it wasn't delivered because the address you put on the envelope is wrong?

The address is Park Granada, not Park Glendale.

Just a thought. I sent mine the end of June and haven't got an RTS or anything yet.

Looks like they tried 2 times to deliver it and after the 2nd time it was noted as rts. Maybe that moved since they did they to deliver it 2 times even tried to deliver it to Dash which is no longer there. This may now be an address we can list as moved or they were closed for 2 days which I don't see that being the case.
