I just got back from vacation and had 2 autographs waiting for me in my mail box!!

I sent a May 2011 Playboy magazine, brief letter and SASE to Karina Smirnoff on October 18, 2011.

I finally received it back signed on June 12, 2012
Removed (Nudity)

I used the address from her website:

Woodland Hills, CA 91364

I met her in person after I sent this out to her (See my post on the site) but it was nice to finally get this one back!!
