I sent a LOR to auctioneer Charles Hanson on March 27th, 2012 and I received a signed photo on June 7th. He appears as an antiques expert on many antique shows in the UK including "Bargain Hunt", "Antiques Roadtrip" and "Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is".
