On March 27, 2012, I wrote Ms. Baez with an autograph request that enclosed 3x5 card for signing and an SSAE. Got her reply today, April 13, 2012, but instead of a 3x5 card, she sent a signed color 8x10. I am not sure if the autograph is a pre-print or not, but it is still a pleasant surprise. Address used was in fanmail.biz database, and is below.
