On January 11th, I got my index card back in the mail, signed by Pat Carroll, the actress who provided the voice of Ursula in
Disney's The Little Mermaid. The address I used was
Pat Carroll, 14 Old Tavern Lane, Harwich Port, MA 02646-1519. The request was sent on December 24, 2011 (18 days total).
