I think you are 100% right, He must RTS mail sometimes because he is a great signer. Today I did get a card back that I sent a few weeks after the ones that came back. I always send a great letter to everyone, facts, comments, I do my research and thank them. I just started a few months ago and I am about 7 out of 10 on avg. Thanks

He's extremely hit and miss...sometimes he'll sign, sometimes he'll RTS everything. I've heard this works, maybe try it...send him a letter...nothing in it but a letter asking if its ok to mail him a baseball, card, or whatever you're trying to get signed and include an SASE for his response.

I think HOF baseball player Ralph Kiner has moved, I sent tried 4 times the past 7 weeks and every time my letter came back. Just FYI
