I wouldnt go so far as to say she's the best. I think that title goes to Matthew Lewis, Richard Griffiths (I've seen replies from him in 3 or 4 days!!) and Shirley Henderson. Dont get me wrong though, Scarlett Byrne is still an outstanding responder and very nice to her fans {up}

I GOT MINE TODAY TOO!
But, sadly, I can't open it. I'm at school, and won't be going home until the weekend. I asked her a few questions, so I am excited to see her response. She is so awesome!

Today I was very happy to see I got a reply from the lovely Scarlett Byrne! She played Pansy Parkinson in the Harry Potter movies. I sent her a LOR, SAE, large notecard, and $3 USD (Since i didnt have any british postage or money at the time). She was nice enough to return my $3, and included her own 4x6. She also signed the notecard I sent and wrote me a very nice note and paid for postage too! It's pretty easy to tell what a great lady she is and how much she cares for the fans! I'm real excited to add this to my Hp collection, and this is now my 7th Harry potter success so far!
