Last thursday I sent an email via their website to the Pittsburgh Penguins requesting a fan pack for my daughter and I. Friday they emailed me back saying they do not have any fan packs but asked me who my daughter and I's favorite players. I told them her is Sidney Crosby and I like Marc Andre Fleury. Yesterday I received a package from the team with a couple of pocket schedules and an 8x10 glossy photo of Crosby and an 8x10 glossy of Fleury with a pre printed signature on. Good success the photos are really nice, I'm happy with it. Sorry no pictures
