Cris Collinsworth Failure

On 10/12/11 I sent a LOR, Bengals decal, and SASE to Cris Collinsworth. On 10/19/11 it came back marked "Refused". The address that I used was:

Cris Collinsworth

30 Rockefeller Plaza
New York, NY 10112-0002
