I sent Michael McIntyre a letter to this address:

Michael McIntyre,
c/o The Sands Centre,
Carlise,
CA1 1JQ,
UK

Within a week or so I had a letter back from the Sands Centre saying
"Dear Amy, sorry Michael McIntyre is not at The Sands Centre this year. Regards, The Sands"
I sent it on 02/09/2011 although I did get my letter back and the envelope so I can re-use it. Hope this helps!
