First off try to find a more relevant thread other then something that is 5 years old.
Second, go to the database and find her current address.
Third, perhaps you could find someone to help because writing a letter, printing a picture (usually 8X10) and sending a SASE is really important. Libraries will often have computer and printing services for free. Walmart is a great self-service place to print photos for cheap.
