I believe not. The OP had to send his letter via a specialist Hitman Courier who held a gun to his head, and a knife to his throat until he signed the photo, then thanked him politely, leaped on the back of his horse, screamed Yippe-Kay-Ay! and disappeared off into the night, only to re-emerge days later to deliver the signed photo back to the OP.

Well I sent him a picture and he willingly singed it. I personally wound never send a DVD cover, its up to you.
