Elmore Smith (born May 9, 1949) is an American former professional basketball player born in Macon, Georgia. A 7 ft 0 in (2.13 m) center from Kentucky State University, he played in the National Basketball Association (NBA) from 1971 to 1979. NBA blocks leader (1974)

1971-1973 Buffalo Braves
1973-1975 Los Angeles Lakers
1975-1977 Milwaukee Bucks
1977-1979 Cleveland Cavaliers

Sent him 2 cards on 29 May and got them back signed on 20 Jun. Also included a signed Stat card..
