Admin - On around 22 Jun of this year, I wrote to the PO Box number. No reply yet. We are now roughly three weeks after and I have not seen it bounced back.

In situations like the previous user w/ that kind of RTS, it's possible the mail carrier / sorter made a mistake.

I sent fan mail to the following address; Dolly Parton, P.O. Box 150307, Nashville, TN 37215-0307. Came back as: NOT DELIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED. :( I checked address, all was okay, address was printed, going to try another address.
