The New York ones are hand signed, Dan lives over there now. The PO BOX only seems to be emptied every few months so you do have a wait a bit to get them. I also got a pre-print from the UK agent and have recently tried the NY address so hoping mine is returned soon after seeing this. :)

As with any TTM hand signing, can't be 100% sure it's not been done by an assistant, but still better than autopen or preprint!

Congrats on your success! I sent picture to same address but it was back when I lived somewhere else so I hope it makes it to my new address.
