The ink is smudging but overall, very happy!
I affixed US Global forever stamps on all of my international return envelopes and felt really stupid
until the countries started postmarking them. This is an example of it coming back from France. It worked but I wonder if it was a fluke? Then again, I would think the French postal system would throw it out if it didn't apply. Thoughts welcome.
