Ellen Kamei became Mayor of Mountain View, California since January 2021. Also she is the first the first multiracial (Asian-Latina) to be elected as Mayor of Mountain View, California. She has worked on civil rights including people with disabilities' rights, help minorities communities with getting assistance, and many others. On 7/27/2021 I mailed a letter explaining how I find Mayor Kamei's work to be very inspiring to me at:
