Honorable F. David Matthews from Alabama served as 11th U.S. Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare from 1975-1977 in President Gerald Ford administration. On 10/02/2020 I mailed a letter explaining how I find Honorable Matthew's work to be very inspiring to me at:

(took about 3 months)

On 12/28/2020 I received a nice letter from him and his book.
