Wilmot Collins became the first black to become Mayor of Helena, Montana in January 2018. Also he is a refugee from Liberia when he fled due to the first Liberian Civil War in 1994. On 6/01/2019 I mailed a letter explaining how I find Mayor Collin's work to be very inspiring to me at:
