I have done some research. They are real and pre-signed.

Simon sends stacks of these to the American address and you only need to send a LOR. They have two different 6x4” variants signed in marker and a larger 10x7” (I think) which I have seen signed in gold marker.

When you send to either address don’t send any pictures or items. In the UK I think these are not returned. The US address they return them hence what the OP has got. Another thread on here the secretary who deals with the US mail said they always return the items rather than destroy.

I am UK based and sent to the Hatfield PO Box with a LOR and SASE only.
