Sent LOR, SASE, and 81 Donruss card to the Pleasanton, CA address 12/4/18. Received card back 12/26/18, signed, but with a price list included, AND my original letter I sent him. I'm gonna send him the $10 tomorrow, since he went ahead and signed it, but I never saw anything in my research beforehand that indicated he charged.
