I sent a LOR, folded SASE and a Diary of a Wimpy Kid poster to the posted address on September 18th alongside 3 other fan letters for TTM signing. Received the envelope back today (September 25) as a Return to Sender. :(

This was my first attempt at sending FM, so perhaps I messed up, but seeing as the latest feedback besides this was around 4 years ago I'm guessing that the address posted is now invalid.
