Funny thing is George used a Sharpie to write RTS ...LOL.. I got a RTS from him also :(

I thought of this, since there's no official USPS RTS sticker note, which means the letter WAS indeed delivered.
He just refuses to sign from now on, and might have written that on the envelope and brought to the post to mail back... Might be))
