This is a few months old. I keep on forgetting to post it. On July 11th, 2011, I sent a LOR and a SASE to A.C. (Ann Carol) Crispin, who is an author of a lot of science fiction novels. Most recently, she published the book "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Price of Freedom". Some of her other work includes a prequel trilogy about Hans Solo from Star Wars.
In the LOR, I asked for a bookplate for my copy of "Pirates".

I received it on July 29th, 2011. Although I have not read the book yet, she seems like a great author, and from when I have talked to her online, a very nice lady!
