Das waren ganz normale Bilder ^^ Ich bestelle immer die selben Bilder...aber dieses Mal war es das erste Mal, dass der Stift so schmierte...vielleicht war das auch kein Edding !? Wer weiß :D Hauptsache ich habe eine Antwort bekommen ^^

Looks like she used a very cheap/bad pen and the autograph got rubbed off in the envelope.

Maybe someone should donate her a sharpie :-)

As for your photos, doe you mean because the autograph got smeared? It could be do to the photos being glossy? If they are glossy that is. It could smear the autograph, because it was still wet when it went into the envelope and the photos touched each other wich made the autograph smear.
