Hi! I sent a letter of request, 1 4x6 photo and SASE to pitcher David Phelps at Scranton using this address:

Today, I received my photo back nicely signed in blue sharpie! He also added his jersey #35 on the photo. David Phelps is having a very good year in Triple-A so far this season and he is ranked #10 best prospect in the Yankees system. He has very good stuff and might be the next one to get called up this year.
