While this address is not in the fanmail.biz database, I want to call attention to this particular one I used in the event you consider trying another angle for whatever the reasons might be.

My item was sent back, unsigned, no note, nothing.
Could you have better success if you write there to Ian? I sent an old Stone Roses ticket and maybe it was considered not an acceptable choice - or perhaps he doesn't sign by mail. Without a note, I cannot say much on the direct reason.
I used this address because he had a business linked to it and it was listed as his direct POC.
I can't speak for the 13 Artists address in the database. It might be better.
