I sent my SASE and LOR to MR. Guidry on April 21, 2020, and got it back on May 5th, 2020 as RTS and NSN- No Such Number. I checked the address used from the database but it was incorrect. I looked at other success and it appears that a better address is:

Ron Guidry
444 Rue Novembre
Scott, LA 70583.

Someone needs to update the DATABASE or more folks will get an RTS. I will try again this week with this address and keep my fingers crossed.
