Go to her website and click on "Your Opinions". That brings you to a contact form. Fill it out with your info and explain that you want an autograph and give your mailing address. You should receive it within a month!

I sent an autograph request to the email on Judge Judy's website sometime in early December (maybe 5th or 6th) and I received an 8x10 photo with an autograph on Dec. 24, 2019! It was pretty quick! It's signed with a sharpie.
