One of the reason's she stopped signing autographs is because earlier this year at a talk show she was booed by ebayers for not coming over and sign. She was still nice as ca be but you can just blame the ebayers for her change in behavior. The best that you will get is a hug and photo opp.

hi it is signed by billie its not fake billie did actually sign them her fan mail office made her sign them and then they give them out to her fans who send her mail x

I have her fan mail address and she actually does send her auto graph but she doesn't want them sold
