I sent LOR, SASE, and cast photo on 1/19/17 and on 2/3/17 I received my photo back signed and personalized to me, my wife, and daughter. Bob also included a personalized and signed Back to the Future Wizard World Comic as a bonus! I included a $10 blank check to donate to a favorite charity of his or to add to his production company and it has yet to be cashed.
I used the following home address others had posted success with:

No return address was added to my envelope.
