Whoever mailed it back, taped my SASE to a First Class Envelope. Enclosed was my CIC signed, along with an 8x10 picture inside of a vanilla folder, to prevent bending through shipping. I can tell that the autograph on the CIC is genuine but I'm not quite sure about the 8x10. If it is, still a success with my CIC.
