On 6-6-16, I sent LOR, 2 8x10's and SASE to:

Burbank, CA 91504
On 7-29-16, I received the photos back, signed and personalized, as requested. Unfortunately, my letter carrier put the envelope on my porch and it rained while I was away at work, and both signatures were damaged, so I will probably try him again, hoping he'll be kind enough to sign again.
