Sorry if you can't read the inscription... He personalized it and the signature looks authentic, a little shaky... He even said in his note of thanks that he's been under the weather lately (he joked "Ratty senior")... Oh well, that's what happens when people get old. He will turn the big Eight-Oh on January 24, 2016! Ooga Mooga, Bill will be 80!
