I used the "contact us" button on the Arlington enterprises website http://www.arlingtonenterprises.co.uk/ to ask if they accepted fan mail back in August (heard rumours they weren't anymore). I got a reply end of September stating it would depend on who It was. After requesting James May got this in the post a few days later
