I sent him a letter and photo the middle of last month. I heard about him charging too, but also heard cases where fees weren't paid; and because I wasn't sure how much to send I took the chance and skipped the fee. I'll need to check my mailbox soon to see if any thing has come in yet.

Yeah man, it was super fast to get this back! I hope you get yours soon too. I sent a quick note and one photo. I heard he usually charges, so I made it easy for him with the SASE and 1 smaller 4x6 photo. POW!
