Per Lefty's website, you can only request two sigs a year.
"Phil sends photos out free of charge in an effort to reduce the black-market value of his signature. If you have any other item that you would like to have him sign please send it to the address listed above. Phil will only sign pictures, flags, magazines, scorecards, and books. Please do not send hats, putter covers, trading cards or golf balls. Include only one item per request along with a pre-paid postage return envelope for your item and your contact information. Requests are limited to two items per individual or charity each year. Due to the volume of requests and Phil’s practice and playing schedule, it can take up to one year from date of request. Neither Phil Mickelson nor Lagardere Unlimited will be responsible for lost or damaged items."
