I sent a LOR, SASE and 2 pictures to sign (one for my dad, one for me) to Sarah on January 16th 2015. I received back my envelope on February 24th 2015 with both pictures signed and personalized. She also added 2 personalized autograph cards for my dad and me. She is so lovely and I was really happy to receive an answer of her so fast! She definately takes care of her fans {??}
