My opinion is it's real and she signed it as I have checked and studied it and compared it with her ip,s. So I'm I'm pretty positive and certain I'm right!

It looks exactly like that one, but that one is a secretarial signature. Ebay sellers aren't always selling authentic signatures. That site is flooded with fakes.
