Sometimes agencies slip up - it happened to me. The address and wording I used (below) worked fine and I received two photos signed. She is a good signer. Also, call the agency from the tel. number provided in the database and ask if she is still a client and you could send mail there for her. I do it all the time.

My return address was written on a sticker and placed over the address used below. I have also tried the 1520 Camden address with the same result. Anyone have an updated address?
