Cool, I got a signed CD from him the other day also.
It took about 3 months to get it back.
I sent a SESE and a CD cover.

Sent LOR and SASE but no pictures on 4/29/13. Received 12/17/14. Took just over a year and a half. I used the address from his website.

Not sure why my scanner kept cutting off the left side of the 2nd picture.
